How to register your tag
Wristbands have small QR codes that some phone browsers struggle to read. The trick: use your phone's normal Camera app, not the one inside the website.
The easy way
Sign in to your Quick Return account
- Open your phone's normal Camera app
- Point it at the QR code
- Tap the link that pops up
- Tap "Set up this tag"
Still stuck?
- Use the "Take a photo" button in the in-page scanner. A still photo reads more reliably than live video.
- Type the 12 digit code printed under the QR straight into the form.
